Manage a user's role

When you need to edit a user's role, you can make the change through the user's profile.

To update the assigned roles of other users, your role must include permission to Manage Users.


Manage a user's role

  1. Select Settings
  2. Select Users under Permissions
  3. Select the user's name
  4. Select edit
  5. Select the new role from the dropdown list
  6. Select Save

Note: You cannot edit your own role within an account. To edit your role, another administrator or user with a custom role that includes Manage users permissions will need to make the change.
