Bill.com isn't set up as an Integrated Application in QuickBooks


How to fix the sync error

  1. Launch the Bill.com sync dashboard
  2. Highlight the Sync Profile that's causing the error
  3. Select Edit on the dashboard
  4. Follow the prompts to edit the sync profile
  5. When the application certificate pops up, select the checkbox for Yes, always allow access even if QuickBooks is not running
