Reorder individual pages

Reordering pages is useful since we include the first page of the first document associated with a bill, as the check stub when we send a check payment.

  1. Select Bills in the navigation menu
  2. Select the invoice number that has the attachment you'd like to reorder
  3. If there's more than one attachment, select an attachment thumbnail above the attachment images
  4. Above the document image, select Reorder
  5. Reorder pages by dragging and dropping, selecting a page and entering a page number to send it to, or selecting a page and using the arrows to move it
  6. Select Apply

Reorder entire attachments

  1. Select Bills in the navigation menu
  2. Select the invoice number that has the attachment you'd like to reorder
  3. Select and drag an attachment thumbnail above the attachment images to reorder

Remove attachments

From the bill

You can remove individual pages of attachments, or remove an entire attachment from a bill by removing all of its pages.

  1. Select Bills in the navigation menu
  2. Select the invoice number that has the attachment you'd like to reorder
  3. If there's more than one attachment, select an attachment thumbnail
  4. Select the page you want to remove
  5. Select unassociate to remove the page
  6. Repeat as necessary on other pages you want to remove, or repeat on all pages to remove the entire attachment

From the Inbox

  1. Select Inbox in the navigation menu
  2. Select the dropdown arrow next to Unprocessed
  3. Select History
  4. Select dates to view files
    • Select a specific date or a set time-frame
  5. Select Go
  6. Select the name of the file you want to unassociate
    • If the document contains multiple pages, use the Page Number arrows to navigate to the page you want to unassociate
  7. On the pop up window, select Unassociate
  8. Use the arrows next to page numbers to move to the next page and select Unassociate again as needed

Things to know

  • To remove an entire attachment from a bill, remove each page with the steps above until you remove all pages
  • When you unassociate and remove a document from a bill, the document will be back in the Inbox for you to process or delete as needed
  • You can't undo a document removal, but you can add the document to the bill again, from the Inbox, if needed
  • When you pay a bill, we include an image of the first page of the first document associated with the bill on the check stub
    • If you combine a payment for several bills to the same vendor, we'll include a summary of the invoice numbers instead of a document image
