Things to know about acceptance for virtual payments (business-to-business)
- Virtual payments require acceptance via email, phone, or web portal
- Some vendors have different card acceptance policies for business-to-business than they do for business-to-consumer

- Decide which vendors you’d like to pay with virtual payments given terms, if applicable
- Set up eligible vendors for Vendor Pay
Reaching out to suppliers directly
Reach out to suppliers to:
- Verify business-to-business email payment acceptance
- Discuss payment terms, if applicable
- Confirm correct payment email
