Xero sync error: Payment not of valid status for modification

Why the sync error occurs

This error occurs when the voiding of a payment can't sync to Xero because it was already manually voided in Xero.

How to fix the sync error

  1. Verify that the payment has been voided in Xero
    • Void payment in Xero if not yet voided
  2. Contact Customer Support to clear the error
