Why the sync error occurs
This error occurs when the funds transfer sync isn't successful because the bank account isn't recognized by the sync.
How to fix the sync error
- Verify Sync Preferences, specifically the GL accounts that are linked to the bank account and clearing accounts
- Ensure the accounts that are selected for these preferences are a Bank type account
