Managing the Photo on a User profile

When adding a photo to your BILL User profile, it will appear throughout BILL, anywhere it helps to highlight who you are. If all users add their photo, all will see a face along with the user's name of who approves bills, customers can put a face to the name when they sign in to pay you, and when they send notes about their invoices. It's a great way to connect with vendors and customers personally!

For Accountants, adding a photo can lend a personal touch to your practice. You can see everyone on your staff who works on client accounts and you put a face to names for clients each time they sign in to pay bills or invoice their customers.
