Troubleshooting email notifications

If notification emails from BILL aren't arriving to the login email address, please take these steps to troubleshoot the issue:

  • Check the spam folder
  • Check all email filters for any BILL emails
  • Add @hq.bill.com @bill.com and @inform.bill.com to your personal and corporate whitelist
    • If you're unsure of how to do this, please contact your I.T. Department to check whether these domains have been blocked by firewalls
  • Save account-services@inform.bill.com as a safe contact in your email contact list

If emails are still not arriving from BILL, contact Customer Support and provide the following details:

  • Email address not receiving BILL notifications
  • Type of emails not being delivered (To Do lists, Inbox notifications, Password Resets, etc.)
  • Types of emails successfully being delivered
  • Most recent BILLm email received by the User
  • Email service (Gmail, Yahoo, MS Exchange)
  • Screenshots from email provider showing no blocked BILL domains or email addresses
