Sage Intacct Sync Error: This transaction is missing 'location' dimension for the account xxxxx on line no. 1
Why the Sync Error occurs
This error occurs when the Funds Transfer Location preference isn't set in the Bill.com℠ Sync Preferences. This will apply only if your Bill.com account is syncing to the Root level of a Multi-Entity account in Sage Intacct.
How to Fix the Sync Error
- Select Settings
- Under Sync, select Preferences
- Select the edit icon
- Select an account from the drop-down menu for Funds Transfer Location
- Select Save
- Sync again
