QuickBooks Desktop sync error: Remote name could not be resolved

This error usually occurs when there's a conflict with the QuickBooks sync manager.

How to fix the sync error

Confirm the setup in QuickBooks:

  1. Navigate to Edit > Preferences > Integrated Applications
  2. Verify that Bill.com is selected
  3. Verify that Intuit Sync Manager is deselected
  4. Sync again
