Late fees caused by delayed payments

BILL will offer reimbursement for documented late fees associated with late payments due to a BILL issue or error. We are not responsible for payments that are late for reasons beyond our control, including payments that are scheduled to be paid after the due date, lost in the mail, or misdirected due to incorrect address or remittance information.

When processing Bill payments via BILL, our system by default is set to suggest payment processing at least 8 days before the due date. Users who issue payments have full control of the process date and are provided with an estimated arrival date for each payment issued.
