Sage Intacct sync: Transactions Aren't Syncing after Initial Sync
Why the issue occurs
This issue occurs when the Bill.com℠ Sync Preferences are incomplete.
How to Fix the issue
To resolve the issue, complete the Sync Preferences in Bill.com:
- In Bill.com, select Settings
- Under Sync, select Preferences
- Verify that all required fields have been set
- Select Save
- Sync again
