Sync and the different versions of QuickBooks
Bill.com integrates with QuickBooks for Windows 2014 or later (Pro/Premier/Enterprise), and QuickBooks Online Essentials, Plus or Advanced.
We currently don't support a direct integration with QuickBooks for Mac. If using QuickBooks for Mac, use our Import/Export feature.
QuickBooks versions
Bill.com integrates with the following versions of QuickBooks ONLY:
- QuickBooks Desktop, Pro, Premier (all versions, including contractor edition)
- QuickBooks Enterprise (all versions)
- QuickBooks Online Essentials, Plus, or Advanced
- Please visit the QuickBooks Online Feature Comparison Chart to determine the subscription needed to sync with Bill.com, based on features available, as some features available in Bill.com aren't supported by the QuickBooks Online Essentials subscription (i.e. class tracking, billable expenses, etc.)
Things to know
QuickBooks Online has a Simple Start version of their accounting system. Neither the free version or paid version ($99) of Simple Start can integrate with Bill.com.
