QuickBooks Online sync error: ERROR CODE:120, ERROR MESSAGE:Authorization Failure, ERROR DETAIL:AuthorizationFailure: --11014-You do not have access to use QuickBooks Online Plus., statusCode: 40
Why the sync error occurs
This error occurs when:
- QuickBooks Online is experiencing intermittent issues which is affecting a stable sync connection
- Check http://status.developer.intuit.com/ for current status and reported incidents
- QuickBooks Online login credentials used to connect the sync are invalid
- QuickBooks Online login credentials used to connect the sync are no longer valid
How to fix the sync error
Disconnect and reconnect the sync.
- In Bill.com, select Settings
- Select Setup under Sync
- Select Disconnect
- Select Yes to confirm
- Select QuickBooks Online
- Select Connect to QuickBooks
- Enter Admin login credentials for QuickBooks Online
- Select Sign In
- Select the company in QuickBooks Online, if more than one, to sync
- Select Confirm
- Review that the company selected is correct, then select Authorize
