Android Mobile App: Contacting Support

You can contact Bill.com Support from the Android mobile app by following these steps:

In the Bill.com app:

  1. From the Home screen, select the Options bars on the top left
  2. Tap Support
  3. Tap Contact us
  4. Enter a detailed description of issue
  5. Tap Submit

After tapping Send, an email will be sent to Support. A Support representative will respond to your email within 1-2 business days. For more immediate assistance, the best way to contact us is by logging in to your Bill.com account through a computer and chatting with us securely through our Support Center. Chat agents are available Monday - Friday 5 am - 6 pm Pacific Time and and on Saturday and Sunday from 6:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Pacific time, excluding holidays.
