Android Mobile App: Paying bills
With the BILL app for Android, paying your bills has never been easier. You can even pay bills on the go!

Filtering bills to pay
In the BILL app:
- From the dashboard, tap Pay XX bills to see a quick view of bills pending payment
- Tap Filter to filter and sort the list of bills
- Vendor
- All Vendors
- Tap Change to select a single vendor from the list (only vendors with open bills will show in this list)
- Due Date
- Any
- Overdue
- Due Today
- Due in Next 7 days
- Approval Status
- Any
- Assigned
- Unassigned
- Approving
- Approved
- Denied
- Sort By Due Date
- Ascending
- Descending
- Vendor
- Tap Done to apply the filters
- Tap Reset All to reset filters to the default settings
Paying a single bill
In the BILL app:
- From the dashboard, tap Pay XX bills
- Filter the bills as needed with the steps above
- Tap a bill from the list
- Review and tap the pencil to edit the bill if needed
- Tap the speech bubble icon to review and add any notes about the bill
- Tap Make a payment and edit the details as needed
- Amount to Pay
- Pay From account
- Process Date
- Memo
- Tap Submit Payment
- Tap Pay again to confirm
Paying multiple bills
In the BILL app:
- From the dashboard, tap Pay XX bills
- Filter the bills as needed with the steps above
- Tap Select above the list of bills on the right
- Tap the circle for a bill to select bills to pay from the list
- Tap Continue to Pay
- Tap the payment amount to edit the amount per bill
- Tap the process date to edit the date per bill
- Tap Submit Payment
Things to know
- Paying multiple bills with the same process date for the same vendor will combine payments and your vendor will receive just one payment
- At this time, this single payment triggers multiple emails, one email for each bill paid, but we're working on a fix for this issue
