Confirm a funds transfer has synced
To view the audit trail of a Funds Transfer to confirm if it has synced, a user with View bank accounts permissions can follow the steps below:
- Select Settings
- Select Bank Accounts under Your Company
- Select the Bank account number
- Hover over Details, Select Funds Transfers
- Select the ACH Confirmation # for the Funds Transfers Date
- Hover over Details, Select Audit trail
If the funds transfer has synced there will be a line item entry with the following details:
- Who: (user name)-Sync
- Field: Accounting System
- New Value: an integration id #
