Billing statements
To view Billing and Statement information, a User must be assigned a role with the required permissions. If you're unable to access the Billing and Statement information, contact your BILL Administrator for the information or to request that they edit your permissions to enable access.
All users with the administrator role will receive an email notification when we post monthly statements.
View billing statements
- Sign in to BILL
- Select Settings
- Under Your Account with Us, select Statements
- Select the Statement Number to view a statement summary
- Select Show Details to view an itemized breakdown
From here, you can either select Download CSV or PDF to download the statement; or, use your browser's print function to print the statement. Ensure that you have enabled popups in your browser.
View console billing statements
- Sign in to BILL
- Select Manage Console
- Hover over Billing and select Statements
- Select on the Statement Number to view a statement summary
- Select Show Details to view an itemized breakdown
From here, you can either select Download CSV or PDF to download the statement; or, use your browser's print function to print the statement. Ensure that you have enabled popups in your browser.
You can also download the Console Billing report by selecting the Reports tab and selecting Console Billing
Things to know
- The most recent 12 months of statements display by default. To access past statements, check the Show Older Statements checkbox at the bottom of the page
- We bill stand-alone accounts and accounts on consoles but not billed to the console, 30 days after signup, then the same date each month thereafter
- We bill Consoles on the 5th of each month no matter the signup date
