Service Organization Control (SOC-1 T2) Report

BILL makes the annual SOC-1 T2 report available to our customers by request. Due to the security of this report, this request must come from an Administrator or Accountant on the BILL account.

Requesting a copy of the SOC-1 T2 Report

Please contact Customer Support to request a copy of the SOC-1 T2 Report.

We'll send the report to you through the Message Center within 2 business days. You'll receive an email notification with the status of your request. Select Message Center at the top of the page to view your tickets.

Things to know

• To access the report after it is shared, you must agree to the accept the non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before the report can be accessed.
• After the report is sent to you, you may share the report with the firm conducting the audit.
• Audits are performed annually in the October/November time frame and the updated SOC Report is issued by the end of January. Since the annual SOC Report is available after the completed audit, we offer a bridge letter to "bridge" the date of the current report to a recent date (the date of the bridge letter), filling the gap from the current report until the next annual report is available.
