Android Mobile App: Enter or edit invoices

With the BILL mobile app, managing invoices on the go is easy! It just takes a few taps on your Android device.

Creating invoices

In the BILL app:

1. Tap the __plus sign (+) __in the top right corner
2. Tap Create an Invoice
3. Enter invoice details and tap Done
4. Choose a save action
   • Send to customer to send the invoice
   • Save and add new to open another new invoice screen
   • Save and close to just save the invoice and go back to the home page
   • Cancel to go back to the invoice for editing, and not save

To exit the invoice creation screen and not save the invoice, tap cancel on the invoice instead of done.

Editing Invoices

1. In your BILL app, tap the menu icon in the upper left corner
2. Tap Invoices
3. Tap the invoice number you wish to edit
4. Tap the edit icon
5. Edit the invoice and tap Done
