Connect with Tallie
The Tallie app turns your detailed expense reports into bills, along with receipts and documents, and keeps all critical expense data in sync, including accounts, customers, vendors, items, and classifications. This means that you can reimburse your employees using the same method you use to pay vendors and ensure that your expense and billing data is always up to date, no matter the system you are using.
Installing the Tallie app to create a new Tallie account
- Log in to BILL
- Select Settings
- We're currently rolling out a fresh new look for our Settings page, so you may see one of 2 designs. Please follow the steps that match what your Settings page looks like.
Select View all under Apps if your Settings page looks like this:
Select App Center under Sync & Integration if your Settings page looks like this:
- In the Tallie box, select Tallie
- Select Connect
- Select Continue
- Review the auto-filled account information and select Confirm
- Read and accept the Terms of Service by selecting I agree to these terms
- Review your price plan and select Next
- Provide billing information and select Begin Billing
- Complete the app installation by selecting Begin Bill.com Sync Now
- Select Sync Now to begin your sync when you are returned to the Tallie sync page in BILL
Installing the Tallie app to link with an existing Tallie account
- Log in to Bill.com
- Select Settings
- Under Apps, select View all
- In the Tallie box, select Tallie
- Select Connect
- Select Continue
- Select the Tallie account you'd like to connect to BILL since Tallie will auto-detect any existing Tallie accounts using the same email address used in BILL
- Note: you can only connect with Tallie using the same email address you use to login to your BILL account. If you you use a different email address to login to Tallie, we suggest changing your email in Tallie to the same as the one you use with BILL
- Select Begin Bill.com Sync Now
- Select Sync Now to begin your sync when you are returned to the Tallie sync page in BILL
Things to know
Once the Tallie app installation is complete in BILL, a Customer Support Representative from Tallie will contact you to complete the configuration of the Tallie account for BILL.
