iOS Mobile App: Contacting Support

Contact Bill.com Support from the iOS mobile app by following these steps:

  1. From the Home screen in your Bill.com app, tap the Options bars in the top left corner
  2. Tap Support
  3. Tap Contact us
  4. Enter your question to see if there's an answer already in our support center
  5. Tap Ask Question
  6. If the articles offered don't answer your question, tap Contact Support
  7. Enter a detailed description of your issue
  8. Tap Submit

When tapping Submit, you are sending an email to Support. A Support representative will respond to your email within 1-2 business days. For immediate help, contact us by logging into your Bill.com account on a computer, and chatting with us through our secure Support Center. Chat agents are available Monday - Friday 5 am - 6 pm Pacific Time and on Saturday and Sunday from 6:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Pacific time, excluding holidays.
