Connect to Hubdoc

Connecting your BILL account to Hubdoc is easy. To get started:

  1. Log in to BILL
  2. Select Settings
  3. We're currently rolling out a fresh new look for our Settings page, so you may see one of 2 designs. Please follow the steps that match what your Settings page looks like.

    Select View all under Apps if your Settings page looks like this: Settings Page

    Select App Center under Sync & Integration if your Settings page looks like this: New Settings Page
  4. In the Hubdoc box, select Hubdoc
  5. Select Connect

New Hubdoc account

  1. Fill out the required information to create a Hubdoc account, including:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Company Name
    • Email
    • Password
    • Are you an accountant or bookkeeper?
    • Agree to Terms and Conditions
  2. Select Create account
  3. Sign in to Hubdoc by entering the password you just created
  4. Select Sign In Securely

Existing Hubdoc account

  1. Enter your Hubdoc login credentials
  2. Select Sign In Securely

Congratulations! You've connected BILL to the Hubdoc account. You will be redirected to BILL and the first sync will be triggered.


Access token

  1. Log in to BILL
  2. Select Settings
  3. Under Sync, select Tokens
  4. Name the token and select Save
    • Remember the name! You will need it to authenticate in Hubdoc.
    • The token password is a string with hyphens

The sync transfers from Hubdoc to BILL everything that you'll need to pay bills, including vendors, bills, PDFs, coding, and more.

The integration between BILL and Hubdoc was created, and is maintained and supported by Hubdoc. BILL Support can assist with connecting the integration, but any for any further troubleshooting, please contact Hubdoc directly at the Hubdoc Support Center.
