Submit feature requests, suggestions, and feedback has been built around the needs of our customers. We receive thousands of suggestions that we use to help prioritize future feature developments and process enhancements.

A feature request can be submitted via the Support Center:

  1. Log in to
  2. Select Help on the top right corner
  3. Under GET IN TOUCH, select Feedback

Our Customer Support team prepares weekly reports for our Product team. We then meet to discuss the suggestions we receive.

You'll also have the chance to submit feedback via short popup satisfaction surveys when completing key workflow actions, like:

  • Creating your first bill
  • Scheduling a single payment
  • Scheduling a bulk payment
