Submit feature requests, suggestions, and feedback
BILL has been built around the needs of our customers. We receive thousands of suggestions that we use to help prioritize future feature developments and process enhancements.
A feature request can be submitted via the Support Center:
- Log in to BILL on a computer. You won't be able to complete the feedback process in the BILL mobile app.
- Select the question mark icon on the top right corner
- Under GET IN TOUCH, select Leave Feedback
- Select An existing feature/function is missing
- Enter your feature request
- Select Submit
Our Customer Support team prepares weekly reports for our Product team. We then meet to discuss the suggestions we receive.
You'll also have the chance to submit feedback via short popup satisfaction surveys when completing key workflow actions, like:
- Creating your first bill
- Scheduling a single payment
- Scheduling a bulk payment
