Update a customer's credit card information through Vantage

When a customer's credit card information changes, you can enter new credit card information to process future payments from them.

Update a customer's credit card

  1. Select Customers in the navigation menu
  2. Select the customer's name
  3. Select More actions
  4. Select Credit cards
  5. Select Add Card
  6. Enter Credit Card Details
  7. Select Save

Things to know

  • Entering a new credit card will disable the old one
  • A customer can only have one credit card on file at a time
  • Once credit card details are entered, you cannot edit the card
  • You'll need to add the card as new if changes are needed
