Constraint violation columns appear on sync dashboard

If constraint violation columns appear on the sync dashboard, try the following verifications and fixes. Once verified or updated, run another sync.

QuickBooks settings

  • Ensure you're in Single User Mode
  • Verify that your role is a QuickBooks Admin

Sync Dashboard

  1. Delete the current Sync Profile in the Bill.com Sync Dashboard
  2. Select New and add the company file again
  3. Run another sync
