Sage Intacct sync: Credit Memos

You need to create and apply credit memos manually in Sage Intacct and Bill.com because they don't sync to or from Sage Intacct.


Create a credit memo in Sage Intacct

  1. Go to Accounts Payable
  2. Under Transactions > select Account Adjustments

Create a credit memo in Bill.com

  1. Select Invoices in the navigation menu
  2. Select the more options dots
  3. Select Credit Memos
  4. Select New
  5. Enter credit memo details
  6. Select Save
