Login to the Bill.com mobile app

If you have an existing US-based Bill.com account, you can use the same email address and password to login to the mobile app. The mobile app is currently not available for non US-based accounts.

If you do not have an existing account, you must first create an account through the desktop website, then you can use the same email address and password to login to the mobile app.

You can find the mobile app in the iTunes App Store on your Apple device and in the Google Play Store for Android. The app is currently only available in the US.

Accepting cookies

If you are having trouble logging in to your Bill.com account from a mobile device after a password has been created, confirm that your mobile device is accepting cookies from our site.

iPhone

  1. From the Home screen, click Settings
  2. Click Safari
  3. Under Privacy & Security, turn Block All Cookies off

Android

  1. Open the browser
  2. From the menu, click Settings
  3. Select Privacy and Security
  4. Toggle Accept Cookies to on

Clearing cookies

When cookies are enabled, it is a good idea to clear them periodically.

iPhone

  1. From the Home screen, click Settings
  2. Click Safari
  3. Under Privacy & Security, click Clear History and Website Data

Android

  1. Open the browser
  2. From the menu, click Settings
  3. Select Privacy and Security
  4. Click Delete browsing data
  5. Make sure Cookies and site data is selected
  6. Click Delete
